    Human Resources Officer

    Duties

    • Supports recruitment by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment and hiring process.
    • Supports the documentation, orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Conducts verification, background, and reference checks on all employees within seven (7) days of resumption.
    • Process payroll, pension, and benefits in compliance with policy.
    • Implements the vacation calendar and ensures compliance.
    • Supports the performance appraisal process and employment confirmation.
    • Manages the approved training calendar and coordinates training activities.
    • Maintains an efficient document management system.
    • Maintains updated personnel records.
    • Co-ordinate employee enrolment in benefits programs such as health insurance, group life insurance, pension etc.
    • Provides assistance and information to employees on HR related matters.
    • Prepares reports on HR indices and personnel activities.
    • Maintains an updated HR database.
    • Manages exit processes, including exit interviews and payments of terminal benefits.
    • Coordinates all HR events.
    • Develop and maintain an efficient filing and archive system.
    • Liaise with service providers and vendors.
    • Implements health and safety standards across the bank.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • HND / B.Sc in Human Resources or Social Sciences.
    • Evidence of completion/exemption of/from NYSC.
    • Evidence of completion of Microfinance Certification program.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Human Resources.
    • Prior managerial experience in similar role or capacity.
    • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
    • A strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR regulatory compliance.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership, supervisory, and people management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Aptitude in problem-solving.

    E-Business Officer

    Job Description

    • The E-business Officer is responsible for the alignment of e-business strategies with the short and long terms goals of the bank.
    • The job holder ensures the support and growth of e-products and services in order to achieve the digital transformation vision of the bank.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Increase the profitability of e-business by achieving e-business budget.
    • Assist the Head of E-business on project implementation within budget and set time frames.
    • Comply with operating manuals / procedures for e-products operations.
    • Comply with strategies to increase the bank’s market share by growing the number of active users of e-business solutions.
    • Manage each channel as a business, focusing on service delivery income streams and costs Manages all self-service channels including websites, applications, software’s etc.
    • Supervise Cards, and mobile money operations of the bank.
    • Ensure customers’ disputes/claims regarding e-channel transactions are resolved within TATs.
    • Ensure reconciliation of ledgers and settlement of transactions.
    • Ensures fees due to the bank are received from third parties as and when due.
    • Provides user support for the core banking and alternative banking channels.
    • Implement security measures to protect systems and infrastructure.
    • Report all suspicious or fraudulent activities to Compliance.
    • Flexibility to carry out any other task as requested by Management.

    Qualifications

    Internal Audit Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Audit Officer functions as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance with external regulations and guidelines as well as internal policies.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform audit tests and evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of control system
    • Propose practical recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies
    • Prepares audit reports/memorandums to proffer recommendations to the Head of audit
    • Assists in the development of the annual Internal Audit plan
    • Safeguards corporate assets by ensuring that appropriate and effective internal controls are in place
    • Conducts investigations of suspected internal fraud
    • Collect, co-ordinate and disseminate material for the quarterly Audit Committee meeting
    • Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice for the achievement of the corporate objective
    • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
    • Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
    • Keeps abreast of current developments and changes in external regulations as applicable.
    • Implements the anti-fraud campaign and assess compliance
    • Performs any other responsibility assigned by Management

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or any other related field
    • Evidence of completion/exemption of/from NYSC
    • A minimum of 2-3 years Internal audit experience in a financial institution or an audit firm
