Key Responsibilities

• Identify emerging market trends and potential clients. Analyze competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the business consulting and training sectors. Conduct outreach, attend industry events, and build relationships to generate leads.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs and position our services accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
• Work closely with the consulting and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within the consulting or training sectors.
• Strong understanding of business structuring and organizational development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and project goals.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction teams to follow.
• Ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and comply with building codes.
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and specific requirements for the project.Present design concepts and obtain client feedback.
• Address client concerns and make necessary adjustments to the design.Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods.Coordinate with engineers to ensure that the architectural design is structurally sound.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that the design is executed according to plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team during the construction phase.
• Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes to building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Professional Architect license or the equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with sustainable design or green building practices.
• Knowledge of construction management and project delivery processes.
• Experience with historic preservation or restoration projects.
