    Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

    The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across the Northwest zone. This leadership role requires someone with deep market knowledge, strong managerial skills, and a proven track record in FMCG sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
    • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Merchandisers.
    • Expand market share by identifying and developing new distribution channels and key accounts.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs across the Northwest.
    • Ensure proper route planning, stock management, and timely collections.
    • Report on regional sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.

    • Deep understanding of the Northwest market and its retail dynamics.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.

    Sales and Marketing Executive- Aba

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating sales, increasing brand awareness, and expanding market reach in Aba and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and retail partnerships.

    Sales Merchandiser

    Position Overview:

    We are recruiting a dedicated Sales Merchandiser for our operations in Aba. The ideal candidate will ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility in retail outlets to drive sales and brand presence in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Visit assigned retail outlets to ensure proper product display and shelf positioning.
