    Admin Accountant

    A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travellers is looking to hire an Admin Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and assisting with general administrative tasks related to finance and office management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
    • Prepare financial reports and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.
    • Handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
    • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
    • Support administrative duties related to finance and office operations.
    • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and preparation of financial documentation.
    • Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years experience in accounting and administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

    Job Overview

They collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and property developers to create modern and luxurious bathroom designs that meet the specific needs of their clients.

    As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking to hire a Sales Consultant(High Net Worth Clients) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales within the construction and high-end retail market. The ideal candidate will play an important role in growing the company’s client base while ensuring excellent service delivery to existing customers.

    Job Responsibility

    Sales and Clients Management

    • Network and partner with building construction companies and other proposed clients to create sales opportunities.
    • Negotiate and win sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and
    • departmental targets.
    • Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the team
    • in preparing installation proposals.

    Marketing

    • Developing strategies and action plans to improve short and long terms profitability growth in sales revenue of Key accounts
    • Identify and penetrate new profitable markets.
    • Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.
    • Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
    • Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.
    • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
    • Creating and managing a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with specifiers, plumbers, installers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement the Organization's core competencies.
    • Perform sales and marketing duties as directed by Project Sales team lead.

    Supply Management

    • Coordinate supply with the partner company liaison.
    • Maintain a healthy, courteous relationship and effective communication between the unit and other departments and partner organizations.

    Job Requirements

    • First Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
    • 3-5 years in a busy high-end sales environment.
