    Head of Marketing

    Role Overview

    • You will lead the marketing and sales team, oversee branding campaigns, run ads across social media and Google, and collaborate with other departments to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies.
    • Lead and mentor the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.
    • Plan, draft, and run effective ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
    • Oversee brand strategy, content, and cross-channel communications.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI.
    • Work closely with operations, HR, and legal teams for aligned growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 5+ years in marketing leadership with proven digital expertise.
    • Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
    • Ability to inspire, communicate, and lead diverse teams.
    • Visionary mindset with results-oriented execution.

    Client Support Executive

    • The Client Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage client communication (calls, emails, messages).
    • Proactively resolve inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
    • Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation.
    • Work closely with operations, marketing, and legal to ensure service delivery.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
    • 3 years of customer service or client support experience.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with proactive mindset.
