    Content Creator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for various platforms including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other channels.
    • Create high-quality written, visual, and video content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross functional team to create content strategies
    • Research industry trends and emerging content formats to keep our content fresh and relevant; and incorporate them into content strategies.
    • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors in Mass communication or related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Content Creator
    • Camera confidence is a MUST
    • Strong writing, editing, and creative skills.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO principles, and content management systems.
    • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools to enhance visual content
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Key Responsibilities

    Photographer

    Job Description

    • As a Photographer, you will play a vital part in capturing pictures of shortlet apartments, editing those pictures and bringing our clients vision to life through the art of photography.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capturing high-quality, captivating images of shortlets (3 days a week or as required)
    • Taking 360 pictures/ videos of the shortlet apartments, capturing all the angles within the apartment
    • Editing and retouching photos to meet the highest standards of quality
    • Making reels and short videos with phones or other devices
    • Sourcing for equipment required for shoot and negotiating thoroughly on behalf of company
    • Maintaining and managing photography equipment
    • Timely submission of photos to appropriate persons within 24 hours after shoot
    • Submitting weekly and monthly reports of pictures of shortlets taken
    • Visiting job locations as specified for verification purposes
    • Handling all verification related tasks in Asaba and environs
    • Attending to hosts (property owners/ agents) in a professional manner

    Qualifications

    • Degree or certification in videography or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience of photography in the real estate sector
    • Thorough knowledge of handling and managing photography equipment
    • Knowledge of photography techniques and photo editing software (photoshop, lightroom etc)
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team
    • Strong attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
    • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
