Job Description

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
• Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customers' requirements.
• Provide assistance with customers' inquiries.

Qualifications

• Hold at least an HND / OND qualification and a Trade Test certificate in Electrical or its equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

Requirements:

• The position offers flexibility in working hours, including morning, evening, or night shifts. Availability on Sundays and public holidays is mandatory. One day off per week is provided, subject to the duty roster, which may fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Technician must possess adequate skill to execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance.
• Must be able to analyse and execute task according to regulated standards
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipment’s
• Must be able to perform aluminium works, iron monger works, furniture, etc.
