    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Coordination and management of reception and waiting areas to ensure a suitable environment and ambience. Client registration – collect and input all necessary and accurate data from the client
    • Accept the client’s mode of payment in line with company policy, collect and register the client’s payment.
    • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
    • Politely guide the client in the direction of the procedure/examination paid for.
    • Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient record in expected format.
    • Ensure usage of checklist/job order and proper check-out.
    • Refer client to feedback channels and compel compliance.
    • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
    • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
    • Address customer complaints and escalate to Branch operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager
    • Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, health, and quality standard.
    • Maintain registration flow by accurately and efficiently moving patients through the process.
    • Interact with patients by answering questions, providing information, and keeping the reception area in order.
    • Maintain general filing system and files appropriate correspondence electronically or manually.
    • Responsible for report generation and dispatch in support of departmental goals and objectives.
    • Ensure accurate product knowledge to guide and provide relevant and timely information to clients.
    • Timely processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
    • Perform FDO duties for other branches by proxy when need arises.
    • Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by line manager.

    Job Requirement

    • B.Sc. in Health Management, Basic Sciences or any relevant course
    • Experience in Diagnostics Industry
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Use of computer and Microsoft office
    • Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
    • Time management
    • Ability to connect with several types of patients.
    • Consistently completes duties neatly, accurately in a timely manner.

    Sonographer

    Job Description

    • Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to produce clear and informative diagnostic images.
    • Review images to ensure quality and identify any abnormalities that may require further investigation.
    • Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations by explaining procedures, positioning them comfortably, and applying ultrasound gel.
    • Maintain detailed patient records, documenting examination findings and technical parameters.
    • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing preliminary exam results and observations.
    • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
    • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and procedures.
    • May perform additional duties as assigned, which could include assisting with research projects or training new staff.

    Job Requirements

    • First Degree in Radiography
    • PGD in ultrasound
    • 2-4 years of previous experience as a Sonographer
    • A license to practice.
    • Observes confidentiality both with patient information and co-workers.
    • Ability to connect with several types of patients.
    • Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the negotiation of contract terms on a range of procurements and monitor delivery of exact specifications.
    • Perform market analysis and conduct market surveys as required, to create price benchmarks.
    • Implement procurement policy and systems for procurement at the head office.
    • Undertake tendering, evaluation, placement and monitoring of a portfolio of procurements.
    • Support the planning and coordination of central procurement activities with the head office and branch offices, including storage and delivery.
    • Monitor procurement processes and compliance with procedures at all levels.
    • Review and assist in the development of specifications, terms, and schedules.
    • Prepare specifications, compare bids received and present recommendations on purchases to management.
    • Adhere to all required procurement budgets, purchasing guidelines, policies, and controls on procurement.
    • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the procurement process.
    • Maintain procurement files and other documentations.
    • Prepare expediting reports for tracking open orders, planning material receipts, and performing other order management functions.
    • Implement vendors’ performance evaluation system as required, to measure and report all-round performance of company’s suppliers.
    • Undertake vendor relationship management activities and implement supplier development initiatives as may be required to derive optimum benefit from suppliers’ capabilities.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in either inventory, distribution and operational procedures.
    • Knowledge of Quality management.
    • Professional Qualification in Supply Chain is an added advantage.
    • Teamwork.
    • Ability to Multi-task.
    • Negotiation Skills.
