Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
• Food handling or hygiene certification is mandatory.
• Additional training in international cuisines, pastries, or specialized diets is an advantage.
• Experience managing a kitchen team and maintaining kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO certificate.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years professional driving experience, preferably in corporate or executive environments.
• A valid Nigerian Driver’s License and LASDRI/FCT equivalent is mandatory.
• Defensive driving certification or any related training is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with road networks in Lagos.
