    Campus Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate serves as the primary point of contact for organizing and coordinating events, student engagement activities, administrative tasks, and operational functions on campus.
    • They will work closely with students, lecturers, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campus programs and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Event & Program Management:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute campus events, workshops, and activities.
    • Work with student organizations and faculty to promote engagement.
    • Manage logistics, scheduling, and resources for events.

    Administrative & Operational Duties:

    • Maintain records of events, attendance, and campus initiatives.
    • Oversee the use of campus facilities and ensure proper maintenance.
    • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for campus activities.

    Marketing & Communication:

    • Promote campus programs through social media, newsletters, and posters.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance campus visibility.
    • Ensure effective communication with students and stakeholders.

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure campus activities comply with institutional policies.
    • Promote a safe and inclusive campus environment.
    • Address any disciplinary or security concerns in collaboration with authorities.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of experience in student affairs, or campus operations.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
    • Ability to handle crisis management and conflict resolution

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in working with student organizations or campus-based programs.
    • Knowledge of campus policies and student engagement strategies.
    • Background in marketing or social media management.

    Community Manager

    Description 

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with online communities in a way which builds brand awareness.
    • The candidates will act as the primary point of contact for the community, addressing concerns and feedback.
    • The role involves engaging with the students, creating engaging content, and acting as the bridge between the students and the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Community Engagement & Growth:

    • Build, nurture, and engage with the brand's online and offline communities.
    • Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and encourage discussions.
    • Develop strategies to increase community growth and participation.
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
    • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and program reviews.

    Content & Communication:

    • Organize webinars, live chats, and events (both virtual and in-person) to foster interaction.
    • Manage and oversee community-focused content calendars.
    • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure brand consistency.

    Student Support & Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the students, addressing concerns and feedback.
    • Work with support teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Gather and relay valuable community insights to improve the program.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze community engagement metrics and trends.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on engagement data.
    • Prepare regular reports to inform strategies and measure the success of community initiatives.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, marketing, or student support.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with social media platforms, forums, and community-building tools
    • Ability to handle crisis management and conflict resolution
    • Creativity in content creation and engagement strategies
    • Analytical mindset to measure success and make data-driven decisions
