    Telesales Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Present products/services clearly and convincingly to drive sales.
    • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
    • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
    • Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
    • Handle customer objections professionally and suggest suitable solutions.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2 years proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any phone-based customer engagement role.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong persuasive ability and confidence in speaking with customers.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).

    Digital Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
    • Create engaging content tailored to various online platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Manage social media pages, grow audience engagement, and optimize content.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
    • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
    • Knowledge of current digital trends and best practices.
