    ICT / Accounts Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ICT / Accounts Officer to join our team. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both information technology and accounting, supporting the company's IT infrastructure and financial management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions- sales, purchases etc.
    • Ensuring regular and promptly submission of necessary reports
    • Maintaining up to date records of invoices
    • Stock and inventory management- ensuring accurate stock levels
    • Uploading invoices and price updates on the inventory and sales system
    • Keeping online stock updated on the website
    • Handling online orders via website and other social media handles
    • Managing FB, IG and Twitter pages with regular updates and promoting company’s online presence
    • Maintaining office computers and equipment
    • Carrying out other administrative duties as required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Auxiliary Nurse

    Description 

    • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Auxiliary Nurse to join our retail pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with basic healthcare needs, provide first aid when necessary, and support the pharmacist in ensuring smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first aid and attend to minor health complaints in the pharmacy.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements
    Education and Qualifications:

    Experience:
