    Business Development Manager

    The job holder will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for business growth and expansion, revenue generation, and business success. He/ She must have worked as a Business Development Manager in the consulting industry or related firm, must be able to source for prospects to converting them to paying clients.

    Job Description

    • A well-experienced and highly self-motivated Business Manager with proven business management experience and sales results preferably in consulting.
    • Ability to build new products from existing services in the company.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that would the company's customer base.
    • Developing business proposals for partnership deals
    • Presenting new products and services
    • Building new and enhancing existing relationships.
    • Must have in-depth knowledge of the consulting industry and current trends(market knowledge)
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Research and identify new business opportunities for the firm
    • Develop and implement (on the approval of the CEO) specific plans to ensure revenue growth for the company.
    • Assist in refining Business policies, processes, and procedures
    • Initiate a review and approve content for the organization social media platform
    • Ensure effective management of relationships with key clients.
