    Director of Studies

    Job Summary

    • The role of the Director of Studies will include delivering, ad- ministering and overseeing the academic provision of the school.
    • He/She will play a central role as part of the senior management team to ensure effective implementation of the school's strategic plan.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
    • Master's Degree in an education-related field.
    • Certificate in Educational Leadership, or administration and supervision will be an advantage.
    • At least 15 years post-graduation experience with a minimum of 8 years of school administrator from two different schools.
    • Minimum of 50 years of age

    Job Requirements and Skills:

    • Appropriate teaching qualifications and experience.

    Job Summary

    • The Deputy Vice Principal will work hand-in-hand with the Vice Principal to oversee the technical and administrative operations of the school and be on the senior management team.

    • The role of the School Administrator will be to manage all administrative tasks in the school.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • This is a role for an Accountant to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the school which include, (but not limited to) invoicing school fees, receipts, financial transfers, and other transactions.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, with a major specialization in Accounting.
    • Must have 8 to 10 years experience in the same field.
    • Proficiency in the use of Tally, Sage or related account- ing softwares.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel.

    Job Requirements and Skills:

    • Ability to manage all accounts, administer payroll for all school employees, knowledge of taxation and auditing.

    IT Manager

    Job Summary

    • The IT Manager will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our Information Technology unit.
    • He/She will supervise the implementation and maintenance of all the school's computing needs.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
    • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or rele- vant experience.
    • Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, net- work administration and network installation.

    Job Requirements and Skills:

    • Ability to carry out general tech support, WIN server setup and management and general maintenance of CCTV and access control.
    • Proficiency in local network management/troubleshooting, management of web domain and hosting.
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
    • Ability to plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations and ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.

    School Secretary

    Job Summary

    • The School Secretary will perform a variety of secretarial, clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation of the school.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies or any other related field.
    • Previous experience in being a school secretary.
    • Demonstrable working knowledge of relevant soft ware applications including database management.

    Job Requirements and Skills:

    • Experience with producing communications/documents as well as preparing a variety of documents including correspondence, agendas, event programs, reports, schedules and calendars.
    • Knowledge of filing systems and database management, current office operations and procedures.
    • Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
    • Confidentiality, integrity and adherence to ethical standards.

    Librarian

    Job Summary

    • The School Librarian's roles will include administration, resource maintenance, media services and collection development.
    • He/She will work closely with the students and teachers and provide them with educational resources.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or similar subject.
    • A Master's degree in a relevant field would be of added advantage.
    • At least 3 years' experience with working as a librarian with schools of similar standard.

    Job Requirements & Skills:

    • Must possess excellent communication skills.
    • Must be computer literate and be able to keep track of records and catalogs digitally.
    • Have good organizational and documentation skills.
    • Have very good knowledge of cataloging and general knowledge of library software.

    Facility Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Facilities Manager will manage the maintenance, development, performance and delivery of the facilities of the school.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND/HND or its equivalent.
    • A Trades Certificate in any building trade would be advantageous.
    • At least 4 years of responsible experience in the building maintenance trades, including at least one year of lead or supervisory experience.

    Job Requirements & Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to plan, assign and manage other grounds and maintenance personnel.
    • Experience/skills with work in the construction, renovation, maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
    • Ability to work independently with little direction and to maintain records and prepare reports.
    • Good at meeting schedules and time lines.
