    Social Media Officer / Content Creator

    JOB PURPOSE

    We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media officer to join our organization. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of content creation expertise and digital marketing acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns, crafting compelling content, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

    REPORTING TO: MD/CEO

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Running company social media advertising campaigns.
    • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
    • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence and monitoring company website metrics.
    • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
    • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
    • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
    • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
    • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
    • Responding to comments from posts, inquiries in the DMs on each of our accounts.
    • He/she should be able to convert enquiries to patronage.
    • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
    • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social and analytics platforms.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
    • Proficiency in the use of graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, CorelDraw, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign etc is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
    • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • A passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and coordinating campaigns

    Business Growth Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and client prospecting.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
    • Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

    Flight Reservation and Ticketing Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air and ground transportation reservations.
    • Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
    • Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization.
    • Maintaining statistical and financial records.
    • Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.
    • Using GDS and website reservations systems to check availability.
    • Create tailor-made holidays for the world's best Hotels & Resorts.
    • Follow up on Enquiries and Convert them to Sales.
    • Keep Informed of Business Changes that affects the Ticketing Area.
    • Sell travel products like holidays and insurance and provide detailed advice on routes and destination excursions.
    • Work with impressive attention to detail.
    • Work under pressure and meet agreed timelines whilst managing multiple high-end clients.
    • Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by the company
    • Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Proven years of working experience as a flight reservation and ticketing officer.
    • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, e-travel etc).
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
    • Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach.
    • Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc).
    • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
    • Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
    • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field. Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred.
