    Slickline Supervisor (Upstream Oil and Gas)

    Job Summary

    • We're seeking experienced Slickline Supervisors to oversee slickline operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution in compliance with client and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise slickline operations at client locations.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Provide leadership and direction to slickline crews and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
    • Interface with clients to ensure job requirements and expectations are met.
    • Conduct risk assessments and pre-job safety meetings.
    • Ensure proper documentation of job activities, including job tickets, reports, and daily logs.
    • Supervise rig-up/rig-down activities and equipment maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot field issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Train and mentor junior team members.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND
    • Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in Slickline Operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of slickline equipment and tools.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
    • Good understanding of HSE practices in oil and gas field operations.

    Finance Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage accounting operations, including invoicing and receivables collection
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth financial transactions
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise business performance
    • Analyse financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BA / BSc Degree with a minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Desirable:

    • ACA certification is compulsory.
    • Experience with accounting software and systems.
