    Senior Manager - Marketing Research Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive marketing research projects to gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
    • Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that guide marketing strategies and drive business growth.
    • Utilize a wide range of research methods (surveys, focus groups, interviews, data analysis, etc.) to capture customer preferences, market trends, and business opportunities.
    • Provide deep insights into consumer behavior patterns and preferences to shape marketing campaigns, product development, and brand positioning.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to monitor competitors' activities, market share, and marketing strategies, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of research insights with business objectives.
    • Manage relationships with external research vendors and agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Mentor and lead a team of marketing research analysts, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    Qualifications & Skills
    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

    Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, or similar).

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make actionable recommendations.
    • Expertise in various research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, customer interviews, ethnography, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and impactful manner.
    • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.

    Key Competencies:

    • Ability to develop and implement research strategies that align with business goals.
    • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while driving high-performance standards.
    • Attention to detail in analyzing data, developing reports, and creating actionable insights.

    Salary & Benefits

    • N500,000 - 600,000 Monthly Net.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience driving business growth, forming strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships in the industry.
