    Restaurant Manager / Internal Auditor

    Description

    • Responsible for the daily operations of allocated branch.
    • Achieve the set sales and profitability targets.
    • Assists in planning and executing restaurant marketing and promotional activities and campaigns.
    • Ensures adherence to cash handling/security as well as payment processing procedures.
    • Suggest newmenus to the Central Coordinator in consulting with chefs and other stakeholders
    • Enforces sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness.
    • Ensures customer satisfaction by prompt handling of customer concerns and escalation when needed.
    • Maintains appropriate inventory levels of food, beverage, and other supplies.
    • Maintains adequate staffing levels, training, and development; motivating and encouraging them to achieve targets.
    • Designs staff schedules as well for Central Coordinator’s approval.
    • Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and regulations.
    • Identifies, assessed, reports and manages areas of significant business risk(s) through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
    • Ensure judicious management of resources in line with audit policy standard practices.
    • Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices and business goals and needs.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance Management, Economics or related disciplines with at least a relevant certification.
    • At least 2 years of progressive internal control and auditing experience.
    • Ability to work with little supervision.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
    • Superb problem solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    • Excellent analysis and data reporting skills
    • Technology skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, auditing and accounting software.

    Storekeeper

    Job Description

    • Receive and forward/dispatch all goods and deliveries to their point of use or storage area.
    • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on current levels or needs.
    • Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
    • Verifies that all items received as it relates to agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
    • Ensures the quantity of items requested matches quantity received/issued.
    • Conducts physical stock audits on a weekly basis.
    • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
    • Work closely with the purchaser/procurement officer on stock ordering.
    • Adhere to all safety and store procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
    • Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
    • Maintain adequate stock level prior to re-order.
    • Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least a relevant certification.
    • Great Business Communication (including written and verbal) skills.
    • Must be organized and punctual.
    • Prior experience in warehouse/store management would be advantageous.
    • Strong physical fitness and the ability to be on feet and concentrate for long periods of time.
    • The ability to read and understand labels, SKUs, pick tickets, etc. to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently.
