    Capability Development Partner

    • Coordinate and administer diverse training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
    • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships to understand their learning needs and align training programs accordingly.
    • Leverage stakeholder insights to enhance the relevance and impact of training initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify stakeholder requirements and expectations.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and organizational goals.
    • Implement knowledge management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, organize, and disseminate information effectively.
    • Utilize stakeholder feedback to continuously improve knowledge management processes.
    • Craft engaging communications to promote learning initiatives and garner stakeholder support.
    • Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
    • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless functionality.
    • Explore innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the overall learning experience.
    • Analyze learning data using tools like Microsoft Excel to derive actionable insights.
    • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of training programs.
    • Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Canva) to create visually engaging training materials.
    • Leverage innovative e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia) to design interactive, learner-centered training experiences that enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
    • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.
    • Curate and update knowledge articles, FAQs, process documentation, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with teams to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into structured resources.
    • Implement knowledge-sharing tools, platforms, and processes that promote organizational learning.
    • Monitor knowledge usage and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Learning and Development and/or Capability Development Specialist with strong evidence of ongoing relevant experience and continuous professional development.
    • Proven experience in knowledge management, learning/training administration, and instructional design. 
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools.
    • Skills in graphic design and video editing and learning content development.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Team management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team that delivers exceptional results and drives business growth.
    • Budget management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI-driven marketing investments.
    • Partnerships and collaborations: Foster strategic partnerships with fintech companies, financial institutions, regulators, government agencies, and industry associations to drive business growth and expand Qore’s ecosystem.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on fintech, financial services, or technology.
    • Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing marketing and communications teams, with experience in managing global marketing efforts.
    • Fintech expertise: Strong understanding of the fintech industry, including banking-as-a-platform infrastructure, digital banking, and financial innovation.
    • Strategy execution: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
    • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and executive leadership.
