    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage and oversee inventory operations.
    • The role involves monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with Event/Mediateams, and ensuring optimal stock availability to support business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
    • Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
    • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
    • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
    • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.

    Client Service Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a key point of contact between clients and the company.

    Driver

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to transport goods and/or passengers safely and efficiently.
    • The Driver will ensure timely deliveries, maintain the vehicle in good condition, and follow all traffic laws and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, or passengers to designated locations
    • Follow assigned routes and schedules
    • Ensure timely pickup and delivery
    • Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips
    • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
