    Group Head, Finance

    About the Role

    • The Group Head, Finance provides strategic financial leadership to ensure strong financial governance, sustainable profitability, and regulatory compliance.
    • The role oversees financial planning, treasury management, reporting, risk management, internal controls, and capital allocation to support business growth and operational stability.

    Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy & Corporate Advisory:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Provide financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions.
    • Advise executive management and the Board on financial performance and risks.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditure proposals.

     Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting:

    • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
    • Monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and statutory reports.
    • Oversee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

     Treasury & Working Capital Management:

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA) required.
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
    • 12 - 15 years progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or similar capital-intensive industry preferred.

    Marine Advisor III

    Description
    Main Functions:

    • Works to assure the safe and efficient turnaround of gas carriers and condensate tankers. This will include assisting with the management and oversight of all associated critical contractors, including tug and port service providers.

    Tasks and Responsibilties
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Inspection of marine equipment onboard rig(s).
    • Inspection of D&C support vessels and well intervention vessels
    • Inspection of D&C geotechnical and geophysical vessels
    • Rigless completion marine activities
    • Well intervention vessel moving activities.

    Job Requirements
    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Prior marine experience as a senior officer position - required
    • Master Mariner's license —required.
    • Experience in the company operations organization – preferred; University Degree or advanced degree required 
    • Have led a minimum of 20 (twenty) Jack-up rig moves at platform operations
    • Have extensive experience in performing rig inspection for marine-related equipment.
    • Have experience in performing inspections for drilling support vessels such as Anchor Handling Tug and Supply (AHTS), Straight Supply Vessel (SSV), Production Supply Vessel (PSV), Geo-Technical vessel, Geo-physical vessel, Well Intervention Vessel, etc.
    • Experience in rig move operations for Tender Assisted Drilling Rig (TADR), Semi-Submersible, and Drillship will be an advantage.
    • Have experience in leading marine spread drilling offshore.

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
    • 8 - 12 years HR experience, with experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
