The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with proven experience in the gambling industry. You have successfully launched and promoted gambling brands in new markets, understand bonus mechanics and player behavior, and can execute comprehensive brand strategies across online and offline channels. You are analytical, creative, fluent in English, and thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
What We Are Looking For:
Work experience as a Marketing Manager, CMO, or similar positions in gambling companies for more than 1 year;
Proven experience launching and promoting gambling brands in new GEOs;
Experience promoting through various online and offline channels, increasing brand awareness;
Understanding of bonus systems;
High level of English language proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market and competitor research across multiple GEOs;
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand promotion strategy (working with large thematic platforms, influencers, social networks, TV, offline advertising);
Generate ideas for promotions and bonuses for specific markets;
Improve brand retention strategies;
Collaborate closely with media buying and affiliate marketing teams;
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including copywriters, designers, and marketers.
