Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning ;
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms.
- Identify opportunities to grow the company's online presence and improve engagement.
Content Creation & Publishing;
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and messaging guidelines.
Community Management;
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and customers.
- Escalate customer concerns or inquiries to the appropriate internal teams where necessary.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting;
- .Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Use insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Provide periodic reports and recommendations to management.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation;
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with content creation tools or design platforms is an advantage. Non‑Negotiable Requirements

We are hiring a Worker Onboarding & Quality Manager to lead the sourcing, screening, verification, and onboarding of domestic workers across Lagos. This role is critical to maintaining a high-quality standards and trust. You will be responsible for ensuring that every worker on the platform is skilled, trustworthy, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Worker Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify and recruit domestic workers (housekeepers, cleaners, nannies, cooks, chefs)
- Build sourcing channels (referrals, field recruitment, partnerships)
Screening & Interviews
Conduct interviews to assess:
Experience
- Behavior and attitude
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Identify red flags and reject unsuitable candidates
Verification & Documentation
- Verify identity (ID, address, references)
- Ensure all workers meet company’s verification standards
- Maintain accurate onboarding records
Training & Onboarding Train workers on:
- Professional conduct
- Communication with clients
- The company service standards
- Set clear expectations before approval
Quality Control
- Monitor worker performance after onboarding
- Handle feedback from clients
- Recommend suspension or removal of low-quality workers
Collaboration
- Work closely with customer support and operations teams
- Assist in resolving disputes involving workers
Requirements
Requirements Must-Have
- 2–5 years experience in
- Domestic staffing agencies, OR
- Hospitality (housekeeping, supervision), OR
- Recruitment / HR (practical experience)
