We are foremost Logistic Company in Nigeria. In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we require the services of Admin Manager to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Arrange/plan office space, ambience, etc
• Oversees Fleet management – that is fueling, maintenance and repairs of company owned vehicles.
• Coordinate all regional administrative office
• Receive & Keep records of all in-coming and out-going mails
• Ensure that all company owned vehicles have valid licences, insurances, state and local government permits are obtained and renewed as at when due also this include the regions.
• Oversee store management – that is stationery, purchase, distribution and checking of re-order level and monthly stock inventories are carried out on a regular basis.
• Follow up on all request made by company to various vendors
• Maintain, arrange in chronological order all administrative files and update when required.
• Assist in the management of company facilities
• Assist in the management of the vendors and contractors

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years’ experience
•  Professional certification will be of an advantage
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is critical to the role
• HND/BSC in any relevant discipline

Our preferred candidate should have

• A strong HR background with at least 4 years of Generalist experience.
• Must have hands-on experience in performance management
• A working knowledge of payroll management.
• Working knowledge on Training and Development.
• Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.
• Sound knowledge of HRIS
• Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
• The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
• High organization skill.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of BSc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field
• Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage.
