We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to oversee service delivery, facility standards, and customer experience within our Lifestyle Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and benchmarks across all service areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
• Monitor staff performance and customer service delivery to ensure compliance with set standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present periodic quality audit reports to management.
• Provide training and support to staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend best practices and innovations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle centers.
• Strong understanding of customer service standards and facility management practices.
• Experience in staff training, compliance monitoring, and service audits is an advantage.

OVERVIEW :

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the physical facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for the nightclub\'s physical infrastructure, including HVAC, Generator, Lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.

Safety and Security:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols.
• Collaborate with security and fire safety personnel to maintain a secure and safe environment.

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
• Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain an inventory of equipment, supplies, and spare parts necessary for facility maintenance.
• Monitor and replenish stock as needed.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the facility budget, including operational expenses, repairs, and maintenance costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.

Staff Supervision:

• Supervise facility maintenance staff, including custodial and maintenance personnel.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure proper coverage and efficient use of resources.

Environmental Sustainability:

• Implement sustainability practices and initiatives, such as energy-efficient lighting and waste reduction programs.
• Stay informed about environmental regulations and compliance.

Emergency Response:

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
• Train staff on emergency protocols and coordinate responses during incidents.

Facility Upkeep and Appearance:

• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the nightclub\'s facilities.
• Oversee renovations or upgrades to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of the venue.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building and safety codes.
• Maintain records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
