    Employment Management Officer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will handle outsourcing services and assist in sourcing for candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures as well as business development.

    Responsibilities

    • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
    • Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios and references
    • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
    • Facilitate projects directly and also do business development
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or relevant field
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience and 1 year [compulsorily] in HR.
    • Must demonstrate interest in developing in HR.
    • Must be very versatile in the use of MS Excel and social media.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
    • Candidate must be residing in Abuja.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N75,000 Monthly.

    HR Manager

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate must be able to do performance appraisal, recruitment, and training as well as Business Development.

    Responsibilities

    • Pro-actively developing effective working relationships with partners and providing HR advice, guidance, coaching and support
    • Facilitating delivery of an on-going performance management review, reinforcing the importance of continuous and honest feedback including coaching partners and managers
    • Providing support and advice to practice areas and support teams on strategy and operational matters
    • Ensuring that all employee relations matters are handled appropriately and in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures and legislative requirements
    • Effectively manage discipline and grievance issues
    • Maintaining and appropriately sharing knowledge of employment legislation, best practice and industry experience
    • Ensuring employee absenteeism is monitored and appropriate action taken
    • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure that the handbooks are comprehensive and up-to-date
    • In conjunction with the CEO, evaluate training and development requirements
    • Design and oversee the firm's annual internal training programme
    • Manage the recruitment process when required.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR officer
    • Candidate should have knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
    • Must be computer literate
    • Must possess excellent communication skills.
    • Must be ready to do business development as well as client management.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

    Staffing Consulting Services Officer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will handle training services and be involved in providing other HR services as well as business development.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
    • Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
    • Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits.
    • Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.
    • Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
    • Coordinating external training as the need arises.
    • Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
    • Upholding confidentiality, unless legally mandated to do otherwise.
