    Product Manager - Digital

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Product Manager - Digital to implement technologies/solutions/products across the operating unit to drive growth objectives, with a special focus on Ecommerce and Digital Marketing products.
    • This role will lead the co-development and execution of the assigned product portfolio with senior operating unit leaders across Africa.
    • This role will work and collaborate cross functionally with various stakeholders and project team members that includes our bottling partners.
    • Will lead cross functional teams of product, technology, and subject matter experts to deliver projects and programs.
    • This role will report to the Head of OU Digital Services, Africa East Operating Unit.

    What You’ll Do for Us
    The role has duties across 3 key areas:
    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Lead stakeholder engagement with the key functional leaders within the Operating Unit and Coca-Cola System network and understanding of their needs and the ways in which digital & tech products and services can be applied to create value for their teams and business
    • Will assess, analyse, capture, and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements, use cases, and execute design with clear concise documentation.
    • Maintains the product backlog and engages technology team on delivery
    • Drive the adoption of enterprise capabilities by the Operating Unit team, balancing speed, cost & value creation to minimize localization and the creation of market specific products.
    • Facilitates change management, adoption, and delivery of the products
    • Tracks and monitors and make recommendations on the utilization, quality and overall value of the product.
    • Provides key inputs to the annual digital services plan, aligning to joint OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

    Product Leadership:

    • Lead product ownership for all assigned technologies products, solutions, and services for the Operating Unit
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business needs of the operating unit by translating these into a product roadmap
    • Own development of business cases to prioritize business requests and secure funding when needed
    • Adapt enterprise products and services for use in the operating unit, and deploy them to deliver compelling end user experiences that drive business growth (more consumers, more transactions, more sales, more revenue & share growth)
    • Monitor adoption and satisfaction of end users, using feedback to enhance the best products, sunset the underutilized and create new offerings to meet emerging needs
    • Contribute to the development of enterprise capability frameworks and products
    • Develop and maintain industry knowledge & build a strong Coca-Cola System network to leverage best in class practices

    People Leadership:

    • Lead, develop and retain a diverse matrix team of  product and IT professionals, providing opportunities for ongoing development of technical skills and business knowledge, and career growth
    • Role model the behaviors of a collaborative leader – working across markets, functions and teams, ensuring clear accountabilities for all and optimizing value creation for the total Company

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent required
    • 3+ Years Experience in implementing Customer and Execution solutions, products or platforms; technology;
    • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps,etc) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred
    • Experience of successful stakeholder management
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results of influencing in a networked or matrix environment
    • Ability to understand business needs and execute on a business strategy, setting expectations
    • Demonstrated track record of product management and agile delivery methodologies. 
    • Demonstrated track record of driving change, including the adoption of digital products and services
    • Good understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods industry, particularly in the areas of Marketing technologies (AEP, AEM etc) and Ecommerce.

    Senior Analyst - Data Management & Operations

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Data Management Analyst to analyze, interpret, and document business processes, products, services, and technology.
    • Maintain and govern the Master and other Data records by ensuring qualitative and consistent data management, in line with the organisation’s data management strategy, policies and objectives, in order to support and improve business and related technology processes.
    • Ensure that the data is understood, used and shared effectively, meeting quality and integrity standards.
    • The role operates cross domain, overseeing dependencies, and collaborating with data stewards, product teams and network stakeholders.

    What You’ll Do for Us
    The role’s key responsibilities are:

    • Maintain and safeguard documentation on procedures and standards for data management and governance.
    • Create and maintain Master Data records in accordance with the organisation’s process standards, data standards, policies and objectives. This includes enriching the Master Data with data from sources in- and outside the organisation.
    • Act as the contact point for the operating unit and partners for Master Data questions/requests
    • Lead the solving of data issues within the organisational systems, proactively and reactively.
    • Conduct an impact analysis for Master Data changes executed on organisational systems. 
    • Conduct a yearly Data Quality Assessment for the organisation.
    • Actively champions data management projects and initiatives.
    • Implement Data Quality and Data Governance metrics within the organisation.
    • Review metrics and monitor the data quality and raise concerns about Data quality, data governance and related issues as necessary to the data stewards and Data manager
    • Ensure that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), using the organisation tooling 

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent required
    • 3+ years of experience in data management, governance and operations
    • DAMA certification advantageous
    • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps,etc) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred
    • Consumer Packaged Goods experience advantageous
