    IT Operations Officer

    Summary

    • As an IT Operations Officer, you will support and optimize Sproxil’s IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Zoho application management, system integration, and hardware/software systems troubleshooting. 
    • The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of Zoho applications, contact centers, and custom web portals, providing first-level troubleshooting and management of all hardware and software systems. 
    • This role requires technical expertise in Zoho administration, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining system availability, security, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Zoho Administration & Integration:

    • Manage and configure Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Communication, Zoho Sprints) to meet business and operational needs.
    • Handle user management, including provisioning, permissions, troubleshooting, and training.
    • Support the implementation of API integrations to facilitate data sharing and enhance operational efficiency.

    System Administration & Data Management:

    • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
    • Assist in network setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing security protocols.
    • Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
    • Implement data migration, backup, and recovery processes as required.

    IT Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Maintain hardware-related documentation for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
    • Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets through the IT support system with thorough documentation.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners when required to resolve complex issues.

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets, including procurement, allocation, and disposal.
    • Track and document equipment warranties, licenses, and compliance requirements.
    • Prepare inventory reports and recommend procurement actions when necessary.

    Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline operations.
    • Provide training and technical support to users on IT systems and tools.
    • Recommend and implement improvements for enhanced system performance and reliability.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or proven experience in IT operations, system integration, Zoho administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or related roles.
    • Proven experience as a Zoho Administrator with hands-on expertise in configuring Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator.
    • Experience in system integration, particularly with 3CX and custom web portals, is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of network protocols, APIs, and system integration.
    • Experience with database management, data migration, and security protocols.
    • Demonstrated hands-on skills, problem-solving capabilities, and technical proficiency.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.

    Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Human Resources Manager at Sproxil, you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing the organization's human resources functions. 
    • This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, developing and implementing policies, and handling performance management.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle the end-to-end recruitment of talents (conducting interviews and assessment) and develop talent management strategies to actualize the overall corporate strategy and aspirations of the company
    • Develop and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization, and transactional justice across the company
    • Maintain and update the human resources information system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy, and reliability of information and records
    • Ensure all performance appraisals are done and closed within the right timeframe
    • Advise on compensation and benefits and other staff related matters, including promotion; administer payroll and maintain staff records;
    • Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers and ensure staff are trained where required
    • Advise management on instituting employee motivation and relation platforms to engage constantly and motivate employees
    • HMO Management – registration of new staff, premium payment, attending to staff HMO issues
    • Facilitate on-boarding for new staff and off-boarding for exiting staff
    • Conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) based on different industries on our product and services (product and solution)

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Social Science related discipline
    • A minimum of 5 years HR experiencein a service focused organization.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM is an added advantage
    • Experience using HR Software and tools
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Great communication skills

    • Experience running LinkedIn advertising campaigns
