KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue materials to user departments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and preservation of inventory items.

REQUIREMENTS

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer invoicing and receivables.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare receivables reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support month-end financial reporting activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
