    Social Media/Content Strategist (Marketing)

    Program’s Associate (Motion Graphics Instructor)

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a result-driven and analytical young person that will prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our ReActors (Students).

    The selected candidates will be responsible for designing courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials and gathering feedback on the quality of training from trainees. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about impacting knowledge to newbies who are looking to learn Motion Graphics.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Assess the progress of students under their care
    • Ensures that students abide by the rules and regulations of Academy
    • Contributes his/her quota towards growing the Academy
    • Receives complaints from students and channel it to the appropriate quarters
    • Handles any other duty as assigned by the COO.

    Experience:

    • Proven expertise in 2D animation (preferably with Moho Animation software) with a strong portfolio of motion graphics work
    • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (like Photoshop and Illustrator, and After Effects)
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills and a never-ending desire to learn technologies
    • Experience with storyboarding, cleanups, and layout design Knowledge of current techniques and trends in animation
    • Drawing ability, an artistic mindset shown in the ability to visualize abstract concepts

    Recruitment Manager

    Role Overview:

    We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition Team as Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of employees, working jointly with recruiters to achieve staffing objectives based on the business needs of the hiring managers. You will be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition functions including candidate management, interview, and pre-onboarding processes.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Manage an onsite team of recruiters.
    • Execute the end-to-end lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing to sending successful candidates employment confirmations.
    • Advise the leadership team on recruiting, interviewing, and improving the brand.
    • Establish recruiting and applicant requirements based on manager needs, organizational objectives, and job descriptions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
    • 3 – 5 years of experience leading recruitment teams and working as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or in a recruitment agency — IT recruitment experience is preferred.
    • Proficiency with MS Office tools
    • You are not an "order taker," but instead a collaborator who develops an understanding of the business and understands how your role fits into the bigger picture and provides talent expertise with business goals and within the framework of the global Talent Acquisition & People team. You have experience pushing back and recommending alternative solutions when needed
