    Technical Manager, Emerging Business Unit

    Job Responsibilities
    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage the Emerging Business Team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Possess a broad and in-depth technical understanding of healthcare technology solutions, including but not limited to medical grade networks, IoT for healthcare, queue management systems, IP nurse call systems, and medical gas systems.
    • Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership in solution design, implementation, and support.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the Emerging Business portfolio.
    • Ensure to complete projects within defined timelines, scopes, and budgets.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks and issues.

    Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for expanding our services and solutions.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements for healthcare technology solutions.
    • Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    Resource Management:

    • Effectively manage team resources, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Allocate resources strategically to meet project demands and objectives.

    Budget Management:

    • Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the budget for the Emerging Business Team.
    • Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in project execution.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
    • Advanced Degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Extensive experience in healthcare technology solutions, with broad technical knowledge across various domains.
    • Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
    • Strong project management abilities and a track record of successful project delivery.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of the African healthcare sector and its unique challenges is highly desirable.

    SAP Officer

    Job Brief

    • Our client is looking to hire a SAP Officer. The ideal candidate would be required to enter every entry into the ERP and keep a record of local purchases.  

    Job Responsibilities

    • To monitor and document the requisition and receipt of raw/packaging material.
    • To prepare material for local purchases.
    • Manage local purchases and maintain records.
    • To post all finished goods in the ERP daily.
    • To reconcile any differences in the stock of materials with the finance department.
    • To count all raw/packaging materials bi-weekly.
    • Determine stocks of local purchases bi-weekly.
    • To assist the plant manager in keeping all records.
    • To constantly liaise with inventory officers on the position of raw/packaging material.
    • To carry out any other job that might be assigned to you by the plant manager.

    Job Requirements

    • OND / HND in Business Administration
    • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role within the FMCG.
    • Interpersonal Relations and Teamwork.
    • Discipline.
    • Statistical skills.
    • Ability to operate independently or with little supervision.

    Sales Support Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establishing sales goals and quotas for team members, providing training in sales techniques, and regularly reviewing performance
    • Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
    • Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales and marketing, finance, and executive team members.
    • Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including handling customer complaints and questions about products.
    • Manage the schedule to ensure the team meets their daily and weekly goals.
    • Prepare month end journal entries and credit note.
    • Establish policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.
    • Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend changes in product offerings or pricing to respond to competition.
    • Ensure that the sales team stays compliant with company policies and procedures.
    • Motivating and inspiring team members to meet their goals by offering feedback and incentives such as commissions or bonuses.
    • Make notifications in client accounts of interactions, such as payments or purchasing activities.
    • In charge of a new customer credit assessment, help the sales and marketing team.
    • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to facilitate periodic payments.
    • Prepare reports from various sources, such as marketing campaigns or client records, and prepare reports on sales activity and target progress.
    • Maintain SAP operations.
    • Arrange for account statements to be forwarded to clients each month, updating records when necessary.
    • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve sales performance or increase revenue through new products or services.
    • Keep customer files maintained with accuracy.
    • Ensure payments are on track within the agreed-upon terms.
    • Liaise with customers and the sales team.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics is preferable.
    • Minimum of 8 (Eight) years experience in a similar role with FCMG.
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
    • Must have an understanding of SAP operations.
    • Ability to deal with problematic clients.
    • Knowledge of SAP.
