    Chain Supervisor(Import/Export)

    Location: Ibadan
    Industry: Agro-Processing
    Salary: Negotiable

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervises the Shipping and clearance officer
    • Check the e-form-M status on Single Window Trade system.
    • Arrangement of shipment documents from purchase department to be sent to the bank, in order to issue Pre-Arrival Assessment Report (PAAR) for the shipment.
    • Checking the prepare duty letter and authority letter in order to be sent to the bank.
    • Submit the shipment documents in addition to the PAAR to the clearing agent, after confirming the clearing agent that will handle the process from the head of department.
    • Request the assessment notice from the clearing agent before the berthing of the shipment.
    • Post the proforma invoice on SAGE or visual dolphine VD software, for the accounting department to receive the purchase order.
    • Follow up with the bank till they receive the shipment original documents from oversea bank, so they can work on it and release the document to our agent for clearing purposes.
    • Following up with the bank to generate duty receipt based on the duty letter submitted.
    • Submit the custom revenue receipt to the clearing agent in addition to the separate original shipment documents, upon receiving it from the bank.
    • Follow up with clearing agent on daily basis for the delivery of consignment.
    • Checking of the clearing agent report on daily basis- Dynamic
    • Good administrative skills and team spirit

    REQUIREMENTS;

    • Must have a degree in related discipline.
    • Atleast 3 years Minimum experience is required for this role.
    • Must not be more than 35 years of age.

    Maintenance Executive

    Location: Ogere (Ogun State) 
    Industry: Hospitality
    Salary: 200k gross

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for setting up and implementing the resort's preventative maintenance programme
    • Coordinates and implements regulatory procedures and audits (safety of people and property etc)
    • Ensures a beautiful and tidy resort garden, as well as take care of other external installations (i.e. refuse area,
    • sports equipment and fixtures, as well as outdoor entertainment and recreation areas).
    • Makes sure that fire security installations are in good working order
    • Runs regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems
    • Implements corrective action plans and prevents problems form occurring with external areas and installations.
    • Prepares and tracks the action plans instigated by the Resort Manager
    • Checks application of water hygiene and safety procedures
    • Advises the Resort Manager when specialist intervention is required
    • Ensures the evolution of his/her knowledge and the safety of any interventions or actions taken
    • Organise the work for maintenance and grounds personnel and external experts
    • Follows up investment and maintenance budgets (contracts, purchasing etc)
    • Handles relations with sub-contractors
    • Tracks and optimise energy and water consumption
    • Organise and follows up security and fire prevention training for all resort staff
    • Ensures the resort's security register is up-to-date.
    • Ensures respect for the environment 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Vocational diploma or degree in electronics, mechanical or technical studies, or degree in resort maintenance
    • 5 years of experience in a similar field
    • Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, building pathology,
    • water processing, building regulations
    • Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications
    • Fluent in English and a locally spoken language

    Finance Manager

    Location: Lagos-Ibadan Express Way, Ogere Axis
    Industry: FMCG
    Salary: 350K gross
    At least 4-5 years working experience as accountant in manufacturing industry (Diaper & Sanitary Pad Industry is an added advantage).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Direct and coordinate all accounting/finance/treasury functions.
    • Develop budget framework and oversee the implementation and the annual budgeting process
    • Develop and implement efficient finance and tax strategies
    • Provide timely accurate financial reports and information for management decision making
    • Be able to complete all financial reports individually: The position of financial report, Profit or Loss, Cash flow.
    • Liaise with banks regarding loan structuring, interest rate, negotiations etc.
    • Liaise with external auditors on all financial activities and company statutory-related matters.
    • Monitor preparation of timely and accurate financial/management accounts.
    • Ensure that all statutory remittances e.g., PAYE, pensions, NSTIF and Other financial
    • assignments are made as at when due
    • Ensure that regular reports on financial activities of the company are produced and submitted to the Group Managing Director on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
    • Develop training schedule for team as well as conduct office training for subordinate once in a week.
    • Cost Management and reduction in tax liabilities
    • Share real time competition reports within the region with Head Office.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or any finance-related discipline.
    • Master’s degree preferably in any finance-related discipline is an added advantage.
    • At least 4-5 years working experience as accountant in manufacturing industry (Diaper & Sanitary Pad Industry would be preferable).
    • Membership of ICAN is a minimum requirement.
    • Must be an expert with ERP system, Advanced MS-excel, and MS-word.
    • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Good report writing and presentation skills.
