    Technology License Sales Account Manager - Telco Sector

    • We are seeking a motivated sales individual who can sell our entire technology solutions portfolio in a license sales model. As we continue to help customers to transition to Cloud, we make sure their needs for an On premise solution are still covered.
    • You would cover a wide rage of solutions from Database, data management Solutions (Analytics, Integration..etc) as well Cybersecurity, middleware and other exciting digital solutions. You will help your customers, who have growing data volumes and aggressive service-level expectations, maximize the potential of their IT organizations

    Responsibilities

    • Develop infrastructure/Database/Middleware/BI/Big data License Sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in Telco Sector and Large Enterprises.
    • The portfolio will be our wide technology portfolio. Although the right candidate should be able to orchestrate a speech across the complete offering of Oracle in front of a client and work alongside other internal teams to be one Oracle for the customer.
    • Promote and evangelize Oracle products to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences
    • Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales
    • Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage
    • Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories
    • Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships
    • Closing deals winning business etc. as well as developing opportunities
    • Engage with  Pre-Sales  Technical support for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further
    • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists
    • Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions
    • Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Being able to orchestrate proposals together with other internal business groups in the same solutions team or others. Understand that is all about the customer.

     We Also Look For:

    • 5+ years of experience in direct software sales to complex/Large Enterprises
    • Experience in Telco sector would be required
    • Good understanding of the information technology customer needs and strong technical expertise to become a trusted advisor across a wide technology portfolio.
    • Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
    • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
    • Technology Enterprise Software product knowledge, good understanding of Data Center technologies. Oracle’s technology products knowledge will be considered an asset.
    • Deep knowledge of competition in the areas of Enterprise Solutions
    • Fluency in English

    Lead Business Finance Partner - MEA Tech Cloud

    Job Description

    • As Lead Business Finance Partner for MEA Tech Cloud you act as finance business partner to the Saudi and LEENA Cluster Leader.
    • You will ensure that global business processes and practices are followed in providing accurate financial analysis in support of Oracle’s business to facilitate decision making and future business strategies.
    • You are responsible for forecast, budget and planning for the Clusters and provide advice on future direction, give early warning on risks and upside and mitigate risks where possible.
    • You monitor performance versus objectives with a particular focus on bookings, cloud consumption and growth of the cloud business.

    Key Responsibilities
    As a member of Oracle GBF Finance organization, you will:

    • Provide value-added business support to help the business achieve top-line and bottom-line growth
    • Supply constant and real-time financial information to business partners on bookings, consumption, workloads, operating expenses, headcount and other key business drivers.
    • Ensure close collaboration and optimal task ownership between rest of MEA Cloud Finance Team and the BPS teams in GFIC to ensure optimal business support and information flows.
    • Undertake quarter-end close
    • Represent Finance in periodical Business reviews with particular emphasis on improving financial performance.
    • Support the annual budget and quota setting process, providing guidance on appropriate levels of growth and targets for sales reps.
    • Participate in Forecast process, including forecast calls, cloud consumption reviews, pipeline/large deal reviews, provide early warning analysis, and assess potential risk/upside
    • Liaise between the Business and other internal groups (e.g. Rev Rec, Deal Management, Legal, Credit and Collection, Source to Settle, Tax, HR, GIC and EMEA Sales Compensation) to provide guidance and interpretation of Oracle policies
    • Involvement in Compliance reviews and Risk assessment.

    Personal and Interpersonal Competencies

    • 10 years relevant experience and BA / B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired
    • Ability to analyze situations and make recommendations to solve issues or improve process
    • Strong communicator. Expresses and articulates key elements of ideas or concepts (both written and verbal) in a logical, descriptive, and comprehensible manner.
    • Competency in business process design and systems usage
    • Promotes an open flow of information so all concerned are well informed
    • Takes initiative to achieve value-added results, within the scope of responsibility
    • Technical aptitude, ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Relevant experience in enterprise software
    • Handle ambiguous and challenging ad hoc requests and deliver high-quality analysis to enable decision making
    • Experience in working with multi-cultural and remote contacts
    • Strong influencing skills, and able to succeed with matrix reporting
    • Experience of the Cloud Business is preferred.
    • Fluent written and spoken English (necessary) and Arabic (preferred).
