    Human Resource Manager

    Company Location: Asese , Ogun state

    Job Description


    • Maintain adequate records and information for all employees of the company
    • Coordinate the Employee Recruitment process and the preparation of employment contracts
    • Provide support and guidance to Managers and staff ensuring good employee relations and welfare
    • Ensure that all employee data are accurate and up to date using the enterprise-wide Human Resources Payroll and Employee Self Service Package
    • To assist in developing Human Resources policies promoting the company's core values and objectives
    • Co-ordinate the Employee Career development and Succession Plan, identification of employee training needs and facilitating employee development across the organization.


    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Good team player
    • Good interpersonal and people management skills and negotiating skills
    • Good understanding of the employee recruitment process
    • Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment and tact
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Proficiency in the use of Human Resources and Employee Self Service enterprise-wide packages
    • A minimum of 2 years working Experience
    • Must be good with the use of Microsoft tools ( Excel, Word, and powerpoint).

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Attend to all customer enquiries promptly
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints on service related matters
    • Receive and process customer's requests promptly and efficiently
    • Build and maintain long term and profitable relationships with customers
    • Deliver efficient and quality customer service consistently.
    • Maintain a database for collating useful customer information.
    • Log issues on service delivery and follow-up with customer or the relevant units on providing solutions to these issues.


    • Applicants must possess a minimum of Second Class Division for holders of BSc. and Upper Credit for HND holders.
    • Must have 1 - 3  customer service experience

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Computer Skills (compulsory)
    • Excellent customer relationship management
    • Good Oral & Written communication
    • Sales & Marketing skills
    • Excellent inter-personal skills
    • Problem solving and conflict resolution
    • Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Organized, detail-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
