    Team Captain

    Job Description

    • Moove is looking for a professional with excellent communication and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Team Captain, reporting to the Team Supervisor.
    • As a proven result-driven person, the Team Captain must possess a good command of English Language.
    • In this role, you will dig deep into monitoring and compliance that makes the organization more efficient, effective, and amazing. If you've got zeal, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for compliance, this is the role for you!

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for a Team Captain who will be charged with monitoring, supporting, and resolving driver's issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is skilled in Communication and who is knowledgeable in the use of MS Office Suites and Data Analytics.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Monitoring drivers’ performance
    • Conducting daily check-in on drivers’ pulse
    • Solving drivers issues while drivers are in transit
    • Receiving inbound calls from drivers
    • Making outbound calls to drives
    • Conducting driver survey
    • Compiling  data from driver survey
    • Accountability of all Moove vehicles
    • Ensuring that drivers obey rules and regulations as laid down by the company.
    • Ensuring that drivers get the right information from the company.

    • Directly reporting to our Team Supervisor and closely working with our Operations Unit.

    What You will need for this Position

    • Degree in any discipline.
    • 1-year experience in customer care / support roles.
    • Experience in the transportation industry is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
    • Ability to manage people.

    Fleet Administrator

    • Moove is looking for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Fleet Administrator, reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager.
    • As a proven result-driven person, the Fleet Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the performance of duties related to a large state motor vehicle fleet including such operations as the acquisition, and distribution of vehicles.
    • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive finance, fleet leasing management, or the car rental industry.
    • The Fleet Administrator will be prepared to be fully accountable for the preparation of vehicle registrations, maintenance, and fuel use, and all costs related to fleet vehicles and inventory management.
    • In this role, you will dig deep into the management and maintenance of a large fleet of vehicles so as to make the organization more productive and effective. If you've got great management skills, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organization, this is the role for you!

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for a Fleet Administrator who will manage all fleet operations projects, tasks, and deliverables within our Fleet team, and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a Fleet operations expert, and who also has deep knowledge in the procurement and acquisition of vehicles, operation and maintenance of a motor vehicle fleet, and the formulation of fleet standard operating procedures.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Track the progress of the roll-out of fleet in the market in terms of telematics fitment, swag, and overall vehicle readiness for hand over to client
    • Ensure that all systems are fully updated with vehicle information and details including but not limited to internal VMS Telematics systems.
    • Communicate with team members and managers both verbally and written on the progress of Fleet rollout.
    • Utilize Google Docs and Sheets in many areas of your work with ease.
    • Be service-oriented with a positive attitude, interest in learning, technically savvy, and flexible.
    • Ensure that all permits are appropriately actioned on all vehicles and renewed as required in the respective markets.
    • Ensure that all regulatory and traffic infringements are assigned to the respective drivers.
    • Follow Up daily on cars that are in repairs.
    • Ensure that vehicles are inspected and serviced in accordance with OEM and Moove policies
    • Ensure that all traffic fines and other driver-related infringements are assigned to the drivers or appropriately deducted
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting
    • Adhoc tasks, assignments, investigations, and solutions as required by Management

    • Minimum of HND in Business Management or equivalent.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong business writing and speaking skills
    • Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
    • Attention to Detail.

    Fleet Maintenance Authorization Agent

    About the Role

    • Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Fleet Maintenance Authorization Agent, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
    • As a proven result-driven person, the Fleet Maintenance Authorization Agent will be charged with effectively communicating with external stakeholders.
    • As a Fleet Maintenance Authorisations Agent; you will be responsible to take calls from dealers and repairs facilities requesting authorization to conduct maintenance; service and repairs on our fleet.
    • You are required to ensure that the work being done on these transactions are relevant and within cost targets. You are to issue orders and approve the invoices against these orders for final payments

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Authorization Agent who will manage all projects, tasks, and deliverables within our Fleet Operations team and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is customer-oriented, and who also has good communication and interpersonal skills.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs, to include preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to the fleet.
    • Take calls from suppliers seeking authorization to conduct maintenance and repairs.
    • Scrutinize supplier quotes to ensure optimal pricing in each market and ensure that maintenance is done is valid and appropriate
    • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Moove's assets
    • Control and monitor repair costs (parts and labor) in line with the maintenance fund
    • Negotiate goodwill claims from OEM for repairs that are just outside of the warranty parameters
    • Process the Insurance claims in line with Policy requirements and report on them effectively as and when required
    • Ensure that all Insurance claims are completed expediently and vehicles brought back to operation in the minimum timeframe
    • Build, Manage, Measure, and Maintain relationships with Suppliers and Repair outlets to ensure that uptime of Fleet is maximized
    • Continuous Improvement mindset with respect to processes and systems to create efficiencies and synergies
    • Ad Hoc investigations and solutions as required from time to time

    What You will need for this Position

    • Candidate must possess an Ordinary National Diploma
    • Competent in Motor Mechanics
    • 1-2 years of fleet maintenance experience preferred.
    • Associates or Technical degree in Motor Mechanics would be advantageous
    • Hands-On Fleet Industry Experience is a must
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
    • Attention to detail is compulsory
    • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; Google Office Suite and web-based applications preferred.
