    Data Sales Consultant

    Increase Sales and Product Penetration:

    • The sales of all the company’s Data products as well as bundles.
    • Ensures continuous uptake of data products and propagates the usefulness through various approaches such as exhibitions, presentations, personalized selling, and general field sensitization.
    • Providing prospect list per territory calls plans & itinerary within defined areas.
    • Coordinate the activities of Data & Trade Partner data sales teams for (Device sales, Airtime and 4G upgrade)
    • Any other activity related to driving increased data sales revenues.

    Training Support / Increase Product Knowledge:

    • Conduct on the spot training/coaching of all visited locations in the territory
    • Conduct informal training workshops on products, services, and promotions being run by the company’s Promo/Event Support
    • Drive the implementation of various local initiatives/events in the territory
    • Generate Data Partner promotion specifications as required
    • Provide support to ongoing events and promotions as required
    • Conduct post-promotion evaluation as required.

    Reports:

    • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
    • Provide regular territory-specific market and customer information/trends/feedback to management for decision-making

    Job Requirements

    • HND or BSc. in a related discipline
    • 1 - 2 years working experience
    • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Sales & customer service experience needed.

    Management Accountant

    Job Description 

    • To produce timely and accurate management reports in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (routine monthly and adhoc reports)
    • Leveraging the Company’s Enterprise Resources Planning tool (SAP)
    • To ensure that the Company achieves the annual operating budget through effective financial, budgeting, and budgetary controls over direct/indirect costs and inventory management
    • Provide overall leadership/direction for the proper management reporting on performance of the Company.
    • Each line of the statement of financial position and profit or loss statement to have supporting analysis, variance analysis and robust commentary.
    • Ensure Ongoing performance appraisal of all product lines and Factory outlets.
    • Ensure adequate budgeting and forecasting for each division in the Company.
    • Reconciliation and proofing of the relevant General Ledger Accounts relating to Inventory and Product costing.
    • Be the Finance Business Partner of Factory Operations team by attending meetings and providing required analysis to drive achievement of operational KPI’s
    • Provide direct supervision to the stock/Costing Accountants and Budget Accountants.

    Educational Qualification

    • B.sc. in Finance/Account, or related discipline. Relevant Post graduate Qualification will be an added advantage.

    Professional Qualification

    • Pofessional Qualification Experience e.g. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience, with at least 5 years at senior level.

    Finance Manager (DSR – FLEET)

    Job Description 

    • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
    • Preparing of fleet Monthly Performance Review with full variance analysis and insightful commentary.
    • Timely preparation of yearly budget for fleet, ensure timely reconciliation of all assigned General Ledgers and no aged outstanding items more than 30 days.
    • To ensure timely payment of operational expenses for transport unit.
    • Effective business partnering to the Transport department.
    • On the job training for fleet officers.
    • Track the company’s financial status and performance to identity areas for potential improvement.
    • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.

    Treasurer

    Job Description 

    • To provide strategic direction for the business regarding funds management optimization.
    • Optimizing tax exposures in line with relevant policies and regulations.
    • Ensures timely transactions, accurate record-keeping, and reporting of the same.
    • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
    • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet outgoing operational and capital investment requirements and maximize returns and minimize costs of funds.
    • Maintain Banking and Credit Rating Agency relations
    • Arrange for equity financing and debt financing, dividend planning, and funding.
    • Oversee the extension of credit to customers.
    • Monitor the activities of the thirdparty handling outsourced treasury functions on behalf of the company.
    • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
    • Advise Management on the liquidity aspects of its short and long-range planning.
    • Oversee tax management and reporting for the organization in conjunction with the Group Tax Head in DIL.

    Regional Trade Marketing Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Process all departmental cash advances and expense reimbursement.
    • Co-ordinate the departmental common drive to ensure organized records and appropriate access and rights to respective team members and channel teams.
    • Maintain the consolidated regional field coverage plans and track implementation through daily and weekly reporting by respective team members.
