Finance Manager (DSR – FLEET) at MacTay Consulting

Job Description 

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Preparing of fleet Monthly Performance Review with full variance analysis and insightful commentary.
• Timely preparation of yearly budget for fleet, ensure timely reconciliation of all assigned General Ledgers and no aged outstanding items more than 30 days.
• To ensure timely payment of operational expenses for transport unit.
• Effective business partnering to the Transport department.
• On the job training for fleet officers.
• Track the company’s financial status and performance to identity areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Any other duties may be assigned.

Educational Qualification

• B.sc/HND. in Finance/Account, Business Administration, Economics or relevant Social Sciences or any related discipline. Relevant Post graduate Qualification will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualification

• Professional Qualification Experience (ICAN, ACCA)

Work Experience

• 8-10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years at senior level.
• Experience across multiple industries/markets e.g. Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities will be an added advantage.
