    Social Media Associate

    ​​​​​​​About The Role

    • As a Social Media Specialist at LemFi, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our social media initiatives across various platforms.
    • You will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, engaging with our community, and driving awareness and adoption of our products and services through compelling social media campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with LemFi’s marketing objectives, targeting developers, database administrators, and business decision-makers.
    • Create and curate engaging and informative content, including posts, videos, graphics, and infographics, to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement.
    • Manage and maintain LemFi's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistent messaging, brand voice, and visual identity.
    • Monitor social media conversations, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, building and fostering positive relationships with our community.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer events.
    • Analyze and report on key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders and strategic partners to amplify our social media reach and drive collaborative opportunities.
    • Research and identify relevant industry trends, news, and discussions to proactively engage with our community and generate timely and impactful content.
    • Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to develop visual assets and multimedia content for social media campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in the technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different social media channels.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media communities and engagement.
    • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Google Analytics) to monitor performance and extract insights.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative social media campaign ideas.
    • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for technology, databases, and developer communities is a plus.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Design Illustrator

    Role Overview:

    • As a Design illustrator, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience of our mobile app, website and brand.
    • In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in brand design and motion design, contributing to the development of a strong visual presence for our fintech brand.
    • Empathy and leadership skills are also essential, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead design initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of design projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Design Manager/Design Lead to define and execute the visual design strategy for our mobile app, incorporating brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency.
    • Create captivating illustrations that communicate complex financial concepts in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.
    • Design and develop brand assets, including logos, icons, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements that represent our brand.
    • Craft engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance the user experience and bring our app interface to life.
    • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing design solutions.
    • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within given timelines.
    • Conduct design research, gather insights, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, motion design, and brand development.
    • Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs based on user testing and market research.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure design goals align with business objectives.
    • Uphold and champion our design principles, brand identity, and user-centered design methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Design illustrator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design and motion design skills.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design and illustration software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
    • Experience in creating illustrations that effectively communicate complex ideas or financial concepts.
    • Solid understanding of motion design principles, including timing, easing, and storytelling through animation.
    • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for mobile app interfaces.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Empathy and leadership qualities to inspire and lead a team of designers.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
    • Familiarity with the fintech industry and an understanding of financial services is a plus.

    Mid-level Product Designer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design experiences that satisfy our customers’ requirements
    • Continually ensure that UX goals are aligned with the broader business goals
    • Distill complex network engineering problems and use cases into intuitive and compelling interactive experiences that engage our users
    • Conduct customer and user research, including interviews, surveys, concept testing and usability studies
    • Create customer journeys, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
    • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure business and technical needs are met, while maintaining a strong focus on the user experience
    • Define, track, and analyze metrics that are used to make measurable improvements to the product

    Skills and competencies:

    What we are looking for in candidates

    • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital product design,
    • A robust portfolio with work samples demonstrating UX & UI skills (ideally clearly explaining your role, process, and impact within showcased projects); fintech and banking experience would be a big plus.
    • Experience in the entire product design workflow: from analyzing customer/business needs and solution ideation to flawless execution and optimization.
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, and modern mobile and web usability.
    • High Figma proficiency.
    • Knowledge of most recent industry trends and the ability to best leverage them to continuously improve our suite of products.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, B2-level minimum) to effectively collaborate with management, developers, support, and end-users.

    Nice to have:

    • Excellent communication skills, (Spoken and Written) and experience in writing UX copy to guide users through the most important interactions.
    • Relevant experience and/or genuine enthusiasm about learning and designing for FinTech.
