    Learning and Development Manager (New Innovation within the ICT Sector)

     Responsibilities

    • Review the company’s business plans and develop a Learning Strategy in line with organizational objectives;
    • Take custody of the organization’s Learning and Development initiatives (Planning, Implementing and Management) and develop plans for managing staff learning and development efforts;
    • Manage the overall delivery of the company’s training programs and oversee the operations of the internal training school;
    • Develop a curriculum and competency model in creating schools of excellence for learning management for the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
    • MBA provides an added advantage
    • Relevant Professional qualifications e.g. CIPM, SHRM etc
    • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience within the learning and development function

     Responsibilities
