    Reservationist

    Job Description

    • Also known as travel clerks or reservationists, reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers.
    • These services may include reserving hotel rooms, airline tickets, rental cars, or cruise cabins. They work with customers over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to provide excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
    • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
    • Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
    • Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
    • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
    • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
    • Selling and promoting reservation services.
    • Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
    • Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
    • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience

    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • Sales representatives present and sell products or services to organizations, businesses or government agencies.
    • They contact potential buyers, present products and services, answer questions and discuss pricing.

    Responsibilities

    • Generating leads.
    • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
    • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    • Maintaining client records.
    • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.

    Office Clerk

    Job Description

    • An office clerk oversees a variety of clerical and administrative duties in a company including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and updating company records.

    Responsibilities

    • Record minutes of meetings and transcripts.
    • Answer the telephone, distribute messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
    • Maintain company files and records to ensure they remain updated.
    • Manage basic bookkeeping duties.
    • Prepare and mail bills, contracts, and invoices.
    • Help with office management and organization processes.
    • Track inventory of office supplies and inform the management about any shortages.
    • Plan and book travel arrangements and venues for company events.
    • Schedule meetings and plan various department activities and calendars.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
