Job Description

• The COO (effectively, the Business Support Head) will have primary responsibility as CFO in addition to providing strategic and operational leadership for all the support functions in the school.
• He/She will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and play a leading role in the Finance/Audit and Infrastructural subcommittees of the Board.
• He/she will participate in deliberations of the Board of Governors of the College. The role will also develop commercial opportunities, oversee all non-academic functions of the school, safeguard the school’s assets and ensure compliance with its policy and legislation.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Good degree (required) / MBA (optional)
• Chartered (Qualified) Accountant with minimum of 15 years Post Qualification Experience
• Experience spanning finance, strategy, planning, and business development
• Good understanding of the internal workings of an academic institution will be useful
• Prior oversight role in administration, facility management, planning and business development and/or operations will be an advantage
• Ready to relocate to Ogun State
• Age: 38years - 45years

• The role manages the school’s purchases, supplier contracts and stores / inventory.
• He/She must drive for consistent approach in procurement and sourcing.
• Ensure value for money is maximised and cost savings generated.
• Run the procurement function in accordance with policy/guidance and in compliance with appropriate legislations.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Good degree or its equivalent
• Qualification or Certification in Procurement with 3 years PQE (part-qualified with solid experience will be considered)
• Experience in purchasing and /or supply/chain operations
• Experience in online procurement systems (e.g. eProcurement, Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
• Ready to relocate to Ogun State

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school’s facilities in accordance with its set policy/guidance and in compliance with appropriate legislation.
• The school’s facilities comprises of its boarding / academic / sporting / staff housing facilities.
• Role must ensure the facilities are ready for use at all times and adequately secured.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• A Good Degree or equivalent
• Certification in Facilities Management with 3 years Post Qualification Experience (part-qualified with solid experience will be considered)
• Experience in Facilities Management and site operations (property and equipment) in a multi-national will be an advantage
• Experience in facilities management systems (e.g. FM Systems, SAP, Onserve, Oracle, etc.)
