    Human Resource Administrator

    Job Description

    • Initiate, define and lead the development and communication of effective reports to key stakeholders, including senior/executive management

    • Develop and maintain expert knowledge in relevant Company principles, processes, tools and best practices; current and forthcoming external requirements (can include International, Regional or Local regulations) and current/emerging market trends and practices within area of expertise.

    • Provides expert advice proactively and on request, which may include advising on the appropriate solutions for complex or unique issues. 

    • Shares knowledge with peers and management.

    • Develop, recommend and execute tools and processes to assist in the achievement of goals within the area of expertise. 

    • Develop and deliver training for internal customers or vendors within the area of expertise as appropriate.

    • Demonstrate understanding of factors influencing goal achievement communicates to key stakeholders and secures commitment. 

    • Designs process improvements, systems developments or the implementation of best practices

    • Identify and analyse risks, opportunities and constraints within the area of expertise.

    • Evaluate and presents recommendations and actions, to support decision making by management.

    • Lead and/or contribute to the implementation of actions to ensure results are realised.

    • Ensure on-going compliance with defined Company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements. 

    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

    • Oversee facilities services and office management and ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

    • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)..

    Requirements and skills

    • Degree in business administration or relative field

    • Up to 8 years in human resources management 

    • Proven experience in administration and office management

    • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

    • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.

    • Familiar with local Law and Statutory Policies.

    • Proficient in MS Office

    • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

    Logistics Executive

    Job Description

    • Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to the desired destination.

    • Review and prepare the letter of credit. Prepare docs under the letter of credit terms.

    • Monitor the end-to-end procedure in export and import, i.e., from paper removal to handover of shipment to import, i.e., from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination, and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.

    • Follow up on exit documents and timely submission to customs.

    • Liaise with the warehouse team to check on the availability of products.

    • To control logistics costs and achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction, review, select carriers, and negotiate contracts and best rates.

    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, shipping quotes, and efficiency.

    • Coordinate with ports, customs, and concerned government departments to ensure the transition of product is unhampered.

    • Carry out the necessary documentation and system updates.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain; International Business, Business Administration, or a related field

    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant local experience in logistics operations

    • A minimum of 5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience.

    • Good understanding of custom clearance, compliance, shipping documents, supplier negotiation, letter of credits, knowledge of INCO terms

    • Experience in filing and processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software.

    • Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

    • Quick learner capable of multitasking and adaptability to a wide range of challenges

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong sense of time management and urgency

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
