Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment plants, including filtration, softening, dosing, and disinfection systems.
• Conduct routine checks, sampling, and testing to ensure treated water meets required quality standards.
• Monitor chemical usage, prepare dosing solutions, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of pumps, valves, tanks, and treatment equipment.
• Identify operational issues and escalate complex faults to supervisors or maintenance teams.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of daily operations and water quality results.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and water quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in water treatment operations, preferably in a manufacturing or agro-processing environment.
• Good understanding of water treatment processes and chemical handling.
• Ability to read gauges, interpret test results, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
• Knowledge of safety practices and environmental standards.

The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted utility services, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient utilization of resources across company facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of utility systems, including power supply, generators, water systems, boilers, HVAC, and other related utilities.
• Ensure optimal performance and safety of all utility equipment in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control and energy-efficiency measures.
• Supervise utility personnel, technicians, and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Promptly identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a utilities supervision role, preferably within a manufacturing or agro-processing environment.
