    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our enterprise IT solutions business across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. 
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team. 
    • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies. 
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. 
    • Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships. 
    • Monitor sales performance using CRM, forecasts, and key metrics. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s degree (MBA is an advantage). 
    • 7–10 years\' B2B IT solutions or consulting sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
    • Proven experience selling Cloud, ERP, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity solutions. 
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
    • Good knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market.
