    Billing Officer

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. preferably with Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics background
    • Should have 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of Accounting process and methods
    • Knowledge of ERP- preferably Oracle
    • Well-versed with numbers and computations.,
    • Knowledge and understanding of Despatch procedures
    • Understanding of VAT rules, procedures rates.
    • Able to generate creative/innovative solution in work solutions
    • Ability to demonstrate customer service orientation both for external and internal customers.
    • Ability to foster team work (Functional and CFT) at a systemic level in the organization

    Documentation, Invoicing and Recording of all Sales and issues from Stores. Monitoring and Control of outward goods to ensure appropriate documentation and recording.

    Job Description:

    • Monitoring and control of movement of Raw Materials, Consumables, Finished Goods and others at Stores and Warehouses
    • Ensuring proper adherence to procedures of Receipts and Issues of Store items
    • Specifically ensuring a proper Invoicing and related documentation of all sold items moving out of stores
    • Verify the type and quantity measured, and accuracy & authorization of documents to reflect the same.
    • Verify all relevant documents and authorization, and follow proper procedures to issue Gate Passes
    • Ensure a proper approval of all Invoice, Gate Passes and related documents before goods move out of Stores or designated areas
    • Ensure an overall Store Control and Inventory management system
    • Ensure a proper safekeep, orderliness and insurance coverage of goods in Stores or on the Production floor.
    • Assist in physical verification, audit and document control.
    • Any other aspects related to control of outward movement of goods.
    • Interpret and analyze management information, in the context of the external environment and business objectives, to assist decision makers.
    • Prepare and review periodic reports re Sales, Goods movement, Goods in stock or in-Transit etc.
    • Assist the business at Executive level on effective performance management
    • Develop and maintain computer literacy on applications critical to the effectiveness and efficiency of internal accounting processes and procedures
    • Liaise with Commercial and Logistics personnel re inward and outward movement of goods.

    Finance Officer

    Requirements

    • B. SC (Accounts/Finance/Commerce/Economics) , preferably with a Master degree or Inter CA/CPA/ICAN

    Job Description:

    • Carry out and monitor accounting record keeping on ERP’s and other formats.
    • Ensure timely and complete reconciliation of proper accounts
    • Providing support role to the Financial Controller and Factory teams
    • Liaise with the Factory team for accounting and reporting
    • Collation of data, consolidation and reporting on a periodic and adhoc basis
    • Oversee the receivable and payable processes, and identify ways to mitigate the debt related risk and payable process, calculate the impact of creditors on financial ratios. Reconcile complex accounts involving inconsistent data from non- integrated systems.
    • Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of controls; defining accounting policies and procedures.
    • Verifying integrity and accuracy of financial operations
    • Ensure statutory compliance
    • Manage new and existing statutory compliance and incorporate them into financial and management accounts
    • Able to apply corporate and international tax accounting standards to appropriately report the tax implications of the organization transaction.
    • Take care of Company’s Legal and Secretarial matters.
    • Handling Banking and Currency matters.
    • Assist in Planning processes, including setting targets, communicating assumptions, coordinating budget preparation, challenging submissions and seeking synergies upon consolidation.
    • Perform pre-audits and sanity checks, and advise the Financial Controller re gaps and improvement-scopes in the system.
    • Ensure timely and accurate MIS and Statutory reporting.
    • Able to interpret and analyze management information, in the context of the external environment and business objectives, to advise decision makers.
    • Review weekly performance report for the entire Films Division.
    • Review and analyze monthly MIS.
    • Advise the business at support level on effective performance management.
    • Develop and maintain computer literacy on applications critical to the effectiveness and efficiency of internal accounting processes and procedures.

    Tax and Compliance Officer

    Requirements

    • B. Com / B. SC. (Accounts/Finance/Commerce/Economics) , preferably with a Master degree or Inter CA/CPA/ICAN
    • Should have 7-8 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of Income Tax, PAYE Taxes, Company Law, VAT.
    • Knowledge of Accounting standards, principles and practices

    • Compute Company tax liabilities (eg. VAT, WHT, PAYE, Corporate Tax etc.); payment and submission withing due dates.
    • Ensure timely and complete reconciliation of all tax related accounts.
    • Liaise with Factory and HO Accounting teams for all tax, accounting, reconciliation and documentation related matters.
    • Ensure timely submission of all statutory Returns, Reports and Money.
    • Maintain and monitor proper Tax calendars and charts.
    • Ensure no tax related arrears, fines, penalties etc.
    • Carry out checks re financial compliances, Highlight and alert on a periodic and ad-hoc basis re all non-compliances in the financial area.
    • Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of controls; defining accounting policies and procedures.
    • Verifying integrity and accuracy of financial operations.
    • Manage new and existing statutory compliance and incorporate them into financial and management accounts.
    • Integrate non-financial compliances into the overall system and framework for a unified control.
    • Able to apply corporate and international tax accounting standards to appropriately report the tax implications of the organization transaction.
    • Take care of Company’s Legal and Secretarial matters.
    • Assist in Statutory and Governmental audits.

    • Carry out Tax audits and advise systemic measures for improvement.
    • Review and analyze monthly MIS and other reports, and assess the compliance status.
    • Advise the business at support level on effective performance and compliance management
    • Develop and maintain computer literacy on applications critical to the effectiveness and efficiency of internal accounting & compliance processes and procedures.
