    Provider Relations Manager

    Not Remote – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
    Our client, an innovative research and development company with trail blazing products in the  education and health sector is recruiting to fill the position of a Provider Relations Manager.
    Job Description

    • Design and implement programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the  health plan, providers, and practice managers
    • Gather benchmarking data to highlight opportunities
    • Ensure that all provider orientations, site visits, access & availability studies are  completed within designated time frames and that all providers are visited within  established time frames
    • Oversee/lead basic negotiation and contract with providers, establish single case  agreements, track and report agreed rates, analyse cases and inform management of  potential service gaps
    • Proactively identify provider needs and advise executive leadership so that action can be  taken to address the needs

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years working experience
    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) from a recognized institution.
    • Current license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) 
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills
    • Exhibited professionalism and reliable judgment
    • Ability to communicate and articulate in a sensitive manner with providers and  administrators

    candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flawless execution of projects ensuring that  all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    The company also manufactures educational devices for students. The Project Manager will be  responsible for gathering relevant data on the devices from users and stakeholders.
    Job Description

    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and  ensuring technical feasibility
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Organise and manage the start to finish of the organization’s events 
    • Monitor and track the company’s devices and products
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
