Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and execute data-driven account strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Analyze client needs, industry trends, and market competition to identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
- Ensure seamless execution of account strategies by collaborating with internal teams
Innovation and Initiatives:
- Develop innovative solutions to optimize digital campaigns, improve client ROI, and enhance customer experiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for client engagement and business expansion.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance service rendering.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring proactive communication and long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored action plans to address client objectives, challenges, and business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, ensuring continuous value delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative writers, content, creative designers brands

- Evaluate existing account management processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure effective communication and project execution.

What You Need to Be Successful in This Role:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, strategic planning, sales operations, customer engagement, and innovation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SǪL, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.

Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketers to produce cohesive campaigns.

Analytics & Improvement
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement, using insights to improve future outputs.

Requirements & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role in marketing or media.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook) and content best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
