    HR Executive

    The Human Resources Officer will provide assistance to the HR Manager with Promoting Corporate values that enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, Training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management

    • Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives and ensuring alignment with  overall business strategy.
    • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    • Providing support with managing the recruitment and selection process, by preparing Job descriptions, posting ads, monitoring ads, shortlisting and coordinating the hiring process. 
    • Create and implement an effective onboarding plan.
    • Providing support with overseeing and managing the performance appraisal system, ensuring it drives high performance.
    • Assessing training needs and monitoring training programs.
    • Ensuring legal compliance with all statutory requirements.
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    • Nurturing a positive working environment.
    • HR certification will give an added advantage.

    • Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
    • Ability to meet sales and commission targets.

    Sales Admin

    • Process orders via email or phone
    • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
    • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
    • Maintain and update sales and customer records
    • Develop monthly sales reports
    • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
    • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
    • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
