    Technical Support Executive

    Requirements

    • Handling Customer technical complaints on application of product
    • Identifying, diagnosing and troubleshooting application failure
    • Creating standard procedure for site application in relation to product technical datasheet and best practices
    • Sales technical support
    • Creation of method statement and application procedure for product and site application
