    Area Manager - Rivers

    The Area Manager reports to the Regional Manager. The Area Manager is responsible for building and managing his network of agents.

    Objectives

    • To build a profitable business by acquiring agents in the designated geographical area
    • To profitably manage agents under his control and ensure full compliance with the Company’s procedures and operating standards
    • To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times upholding the brand, operating standards and SCORE values

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Recruiting Agents in Key Regions
    • Create Awareness for Company in Regions
    • Provide weekly reports to Management on improvement in each region
    • Prepare Roll Out Strategy
    • Make recommendations on Marketing
    • Responsible for Driving Sales and Agency Growth
    • Responsible for Identifying Key Areas for Revenue and Growth
    • Responsible for developing Ideas and Plans for Increasing Revenue
    • Develop Strategies for Agent Recruitment
    • Staying up to date with all competitors
    • Provide first Line IT support to Agents
    • When necessary, terminating non- complying Agents

    Telesales Officer

    Job Summary

    The Telesales Officer is responsible for ensuring:

    • Executing scheduled as well as ad-hoc Telesales calls to betBonanza existing Agents, prospects as well as Online customers.
    • All prospective Agents are contacted and given the required information, unique offerings and push to be converted as required.
    • Contacting online customer segments according to the set schedule and needs, with the aim to convert, upsell, cross-sell and reactivate them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reach out to prospective Agents and existing online customers over the phone to intimate them of our products, offerings, and special offers also using our USPs.
    • Be interactive and ask questions in order to engage with prospects and online customers.
    • Consistently make good impressions when calling prospects and online customers.
    • Listening to prospects and customers’ needs to close sales and ensure continuous business.
    • Redirect hot prospects who are willing to take action immediately to the respective Area Managers.
    • Reach out to prospective Agents and convince them to attend seminars conducted in various states.
    • Gathering all the necessary information on prospects and customers as well as their reaction to our products, offerings, and platform.
    • Keeping detailed information of calls made to prospects and online customers in a database and ensure that follow-ups are done as agreed during calls.
    • Communicating relevant feedback to superiors.
    • Producing detailed and accurate reports of the work done and feedback received.
    • Keeping up to date with betBonanza products, offerings and ongoing promotions.
    • Answering all prospects' and customers’ questions regarding the products, promotions, and platform.
